Your Role And Key Responsibilities
This position will be part of our Operations Department, the heart of PowerCo — where innovation becomes reality. This area brings together multiple teams working on the construction of our gigafactory and the different stages of battery cell production. From engineering and design to process optimization and production excellence, Operations is where the future of energy takes shape.As our Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality & Compliance Expert, you’ll help ensure that quality is built into every stage of the project—from supplier selection and construction to commissioning and production readiness.



You’ll connect suppliers, project teams and Operations to strengthen processes, resolve issues and ensure compliance with automotive quality standards.
In Your Day-to-day, You Will
- Develop and maintain quality processes aligned with VDA 6.3, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949, planning and conducting quality audits, inspections and process assessments.
- Coordinate supplier qualification and process verification, conduct supplier audits and performance reviews, and ensure effective incoming-material inspection procedures.
- Review material certificates, Certificates of Analysis, Certificates of Conformity and test reports, ensuring compliance and maintaining robust batch traceability and process controls.
- Verify the installation quality of facilities and machinery, manage punch lists and defect registers, and support acceptance, qualification, commissioning and handover activities.
