Reporting to the Head of O&M; Excellence, the O&M; Governance & Processes Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining O&M; processes, procedures, and operational standards to ensure consistency, efficiency, regulatory compliance, and alignment across assets, regions, and corporate functions.

The role will work cross-functionally with Operations, Asset Integrity, Asset Management, HSE and external contractors, contributing to operational excellence and the scalability of the company’s O&M; model. The role will also support CMMS integration and driving best practices across the O&M; organization.

The idóneo candidate has a strong analytical and process-structuring capabilities with experience in aligning procedures and digital maintenance tools and ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Act as the corporate focal point for O&M; processes and procedures.
- Collect, review,



and consolidate existing O&M; procedures, work instructions, and operational documentation across assets and functions.
- Develop and maintain procedures, workflows, templates, and corporate standards.
- Play an active role in the implementation and integration of the selected CMMS, translating operational and maintenance processes into standardized system workflows. Develop guidelines, procedures, and business rules to ensure consistent and efficient CMMS utilization across the fleet.
- Ensure alignment between procedures and digital maintenance tools.
- Coordinate with sites operational and O&M; Corporate teams and subject matter experts to validate and continuously improve procedures.
- Participate in operational readiness reviews, process workshops, and lessons learned sessions.
