Main responsibilities:
- Ensure an understanding of all operations and their processes within the Service Tower, as well as their financial and strategic impact.
- Identify process improvements with a focus on efficiency, standardisation, user experience and digitization.
- Facilitate meetings with Service Tower delivery operations to obtain feedback on potential improvements.
- Analyse customer satisfaction feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure alignment between the various operations involved in each process.




- Communicate and align all improvement needs with the Process Excellence CoE and prioritise them.
- Monitor performance indicators with a focus on improving efficiency and optimising resources and sustaining continuous improvement.

What are we looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
- Solid professional experience, in process improvement, business transformation, shared services, Acceleration Office, Process Excellence, or Continuous Improvement, preferably in a GBS or multinational environment.
- Mandatory experience in the financial area, particularly in environments involving operational efficiency, reporting, planning, controls, or process standardization.
- Proven track record in leading complex process optimization and transformation projects with measurable impact on efficienc
