Senior Software Engineer – Barcelona-based Acquisition Team, responsible for building and optimizing landing and discovery experiences across AI, search, paid media, and distribution channels.

Responsibilities
- Help develop TKWW’s landing experience apps and services, creating a beautiful and memorable first impression for our customers.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high‑quality software solutions within the Squad, contributing to product and engineering goals.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver innovative solutions that meet technical and business requirements.
- Drive technical design discussions for complex features and systems, ensuring alignment with Squad architecture and organizational standards.
- Mentor and support junior engineers, providing guidance through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
- Act as a key contributor to the Squad’s development processes by identifying and implementing improvements for efficiency and quality.




- Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the stability, performance, and maintainability of Squad systems.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and frameworks, recommending their adoption to enhance engineering capabilities.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, features, and processes, ensuring knowledge sharing and continuity.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems.
- Proficiency across modern web stacks utilizing React, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, GraphQL, Next.js, and cloud infrastructure, with strong knowledge of coding best practices and testing methodologies.
- A passion for building beautifully crafted user experiences.
- Background working on landing experiences with an understanding of performance optimization, SEO, AEO, and high‑scale content is a plus.
