PURPOSE
We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our Platform Operations team in Barcelona. This role is focused on operating and optimizing critical production infrastructure within a measurable, performance-driven operations environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong ownership,



urgency in incident response, and a continuous improvement mindset, with exposure to automation and emerging AI-driven operational capabilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate and manage global production infrastructure ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of customer-facing services.
- Take end-to-end ownership of incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.
- Work within a measurable operations framework, proactively improving SLA adherence, MTTR, and operational KPIs.
- Troubleshoot complex cross-platform infrastructure issues across compute, storage, virtualization, containers, and cloud environments.
- Drive operational excellence by continuously improving monitoring, alerting, and observability practices.
