Role Mission

As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across key accounts. You will work with both micro and macro influencers and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure results-driven, trend-setting campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Campaign Development:



Receive briefs and work collaboratively with L'Oréal and Samy teams to develop high-level strategic and creative campaign proposals.
- Influencer Selection and Management: Identify and select the best influencer profiles, create detailed content calendars, and ensure content meets high-quality standards and requirements.
- Campaign Performance Oversight: Supervise daily campaign performance, making strategic adjustments to maximize results.
- Event Coordination: Provide leadership and support during events and brand activations, ensuring seamless coordination between influencers and the brand.
- Problem Resolution: Lead the resolution of any issues during campaign execution, demonstrating a proactive and strategic approach.
- Results Analysis and Reporting: Aggregate influencer results, develop insights, and identify valuable opportunities for the client, working with the data team for enhanced social listening perspectiv
