What You Will Do In This Role
- Handle inbound activity (calls, emails, chat, tasks) of customer post-sales requests
- Handle outbound calls when necessary to resolve issues with customers and internal teams
- Create quotes and follow up with cross-selling/up-selling with a proactive and service-oriented attitude
- Maintain knowledge of the Store portfolio and post-sales processes
- Manage customer post-sales tasks: order cancellations, claims, follow-up on orders and deliveries, refund requests, and escalations
