Mission of the Position

Manage the tactical execution of the global PR and communications strategy. This role is responsible for driving the lifecycle of PR tools, coordinating international media requests, and supporting local and international event planning. You will act as the primary liaison for regional PR offices and agencies to ensure brand alignment, qualitative coverage, and seamless logistics and activation implementations across all markets.

Description Of Responsibilities

Media Coordination & Editorial PR
- Coordinate the international PR network, serving as the daily point of contact for regional offices and agencies to ensure brand alignment and timely delivery of assets.
- Facilitate high-priority editorial placements by proactively managing media requests and pitching product news to key editorial contacts.
- Execute the global press calendar, managing the planning and logistical coordination for Press Days, shop openings, and seasonal shows.
- Monitor and analyze seasonal KPIs,



compiling comprehensive global reports and leading weekly status updates with regional teams to track PR performance.
- Manage the editorial database, ensuring contacts are kept current and identifying new media opportunities within the fashion and lifestyle sectors.

Tools & Content Development
- Liaise with Photo and Content teams to coordinate the production of press releases, digital press kits, and other essential communication tools.
- Maintain the Digital Press Room (Google Drive), ensuring all global agencies have access to the correct technical specifications and visual assets.
- Supervise the global media archive, ensuring all clippings and magazine appearances are tracked and organized for the communications team.
- Coordinate advertising materials, overseeing the delivery schedule and technical requirements for integral media placements.

Operational & Sample Oversight
- Oversee the seasonal sample workflow, ensuring the HQ stockroom and international showrooms
