In this mission, we are searching for our business area Loan Management in Madrid an employee with immediate effect as
Loan Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Preparation of simple to complex loan applications from a market perspective, including cash flow analyses and rating preparation, taking into account the bank's credit risk strategy within the deal team
- Management of customer relationships in the context of new business and existing business
- Responsibility for the CP, CS, ICP, and disbursement processes as well as for collateralization
- Ongoing risk monitoring and portfolio monitoring
- Maintenance and quality assurance of all relevant process data in the systems
- Collaboration on projects
Your skills
- Completed university degree in business administration, economics, real estate management, or comparable knowledge acquired through practical experience (e.g., banking apprenticeship, banking specialist)
- Several years of experience in credit risk management, preferably in the areas of real estate, corporate finance, structured finance, or investment banking
- Project experience is an advantage
- Good knowledge of the relevant real estate markets
- In-depth knowledge of complex financial structures and risk management
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office and basic knowledge of databases (SAP
