As part of our multidisciplinary health unit, you will play a proactive role in preventive medicine, emergency response, and promoting a culture of health across our Getafe site.*## ResponsibilitiesYour main tasks and responsibilities will be:* Perform comprehensive medical surveillance tailored to specific job profiles and risk exposure to effectively prevent, diagnose work-related pathologies, and facilitate job retention.* Identify, assess, and refer vulnerable employee groups or individuals to relevant specialists when appropriate.* Propose, pilot,



and participate in occupational health actions and projects in close cooperation and consultation with specialized teams.* Propose fitness-to-work recommendations based on workplace risks and individual health assessments.* Support and deliver the organization of emergency responses and high-quality first-aid provisions on-site.## ## Skills & ExperienceIs your profile aligned with the following criteria?
