Manager, Global Accounting

We are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented manager to lead key accounting operations and help ensure the integrity of financial reporting across our integral organization. This role is responsible for overseeing month‑end close activities, reviewing journal entries and reconciliations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting audit and compliance activities.

Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Month‑End Close
- Lead and coordinate the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Coordinate and supervise the accounting team, overseeing the regular accounting activities across the balance sheet and profit & loss, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with group accounting policies.
- Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and company accounting policies.




- Support preparation and review of consolidated financial reporting packages across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
- Oversee statutory and local GAAP reporting requirements across jurisdictions, ensuring timely preparation of local financial statements and compliance with local regulatory obligations.
- Analyze financial results and investigate variances to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Accounting Operations
- Oversee the maintenance and integrity of the general ledger and chart of accounts.
- Set up and maintain new accounts, cost centers, and accounting structures within the ERP system.
- Ensure accurate accounting of financial transactions related to internal and external financing, including loans, credit facilities, and related interest accruals.
- Coordinate fixed‑assets accounting, including the maintenance of the asset register, depreciation runs, capitalizations, and disposals across entities.
