Quality Control Engineer Piping Materials

Main responsibilities
- Reviewing all Vendor manufacturing documents (e.g.



Manufacturing Purchase Specification, Inspection and Test Plan, Welding Dossier, Heat Treatment Procedures, Test Procedures, NDE Procedures) to assure that they comply with Design and Manufacturing Codes and Standards and with specific Project Specifications.
- Report to the Procurement QC Manager (Project) and to the Head of Inspection Department (Corporate).
- Review of Project manufacturing and auqlity specifications identifying inconsistencies, ambiguities, or unusual requirements that may impact cost or schedule.
- Review and comment on Vendor documentation for assigned Purchase Orders (e.g. Reactors, Columns, Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Air Coolers, Fired Heaters, Reformers, Package Units, Piping Material). The main reviewed documents are: Welding Dossier, Inspection and Test Plan, Manufacturing Purchase Specification, Heat Treatment Procedure, Hydro/Leak/Pneumatic Test Proced
