Join our Gas Services team and play a vital role in keeping our residents safe and our homes legally compliant.
As our Gas Coordinator, youll support the Gas Manager in maintaining accurate Landlord Gas Safety Records (LGSR), coordinating contractor activity, and ensuring we meet our statutory obligations under gas safety legislation. Youll be a key link between residents, contractors, and internal teams; helping appointments run smoothly, records stay up to date, and performance remains on track.

What youll be doing
- Support the Gas Manager in delivering domestic and commercial gas servicing and breakdown services through our contractors.
- Maintain and update Landlord Gas Safety Records on the asset management system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Produce daily operational reports showing our gas compliance position.
- Raise works orders across gas contracts and authorise job variations up to 250.
