We're looking for a proactive and organised Insurance Administrator to join our Risk & Assurance team at PA Housing.
This is a varied role where you'll support the day to day management of insurance claims, helping residents, colleagues and insurers work together to resolve claims as smoothly as possible. From coordinating information and maintaining accurate records to supporting investigations, you'll play an important part in delivering an efficient and customer focused insurance service.
This role is about more than administration. It's about helping residents when they need us most, ensuring claims are handled professionally, and supporting a service that protects both our customers and our organisation.
