Langley Trust is looking for an experienced and motivated Housing and Registered Care Manager to lead our Wakefield team. This is an excellent opportunity for a resilient, values-driven leader with strong communication and relationship-building skills who is committed to delivering high-quality housing and registered care services while supporting individuals to thrive.
This is a permanent , full-time position working 37 hours per week, offering a salary of 44,585 per annum.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide visible, strategic Christian leadership, maintaining a Christ-centred culture that reflects Langleys values, ethos and reputation.
- Lead, supervise and develop a strong staff team through effective recruitment, appraisal, pastoral support, fair rotas and regular team communication.
- Ensure clients receive safe, respectful and person-centred care and support, with outcomes managed effectively through case management systems and care plans.
- Build strong partnerships with churches, faith communities, local authorities, probation, police, prisons and other agencies to support referrals, risk management and move-on opportunities.
- Manage service quality, compliance, occupancy, budgets, buildings, payments and reporting in line with contractual, regulatory and statutory requirements.
