We're looking for 3 proactive and organised Repairs Co-ordinators to join our Responsive Repairs team at PA Housing. This is a key, dynamic role where you'll provide vital administrative support, helping ensure repairs and maintenance requests are managed efficiently while delivering excellent customer service at every stage.
You'll work closely with residents, contractors, and colleagues across the business to help keep homes safe, maintained, and comfortable. If you're highly organised, enjoy working in a fast paced environment, and take pride in delivering a great customer experience, we'd love to hear from you.
This role is about more than administration. It's about helping residents get the support they need and playing an important part in delivering a responsive and reliable repairs service.



This is an entry level role with full training provided
