About the opportunity: We have an opportunity for a Family Mentor to join our Children and Youth Services.

The Family Support Mentor willbe responsible fordelivering our family support programme, working closely with the Family Support Co-ordinator to ensure programmes align with the goals andobjectivesof EITCs five-year strategy - Trinity Project.
Other Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver both 1-1 personalised mentoring support, and small targeted group work, raising awareness ofvarious topics.
- Deliver sessions that support the achievement of both formal and informal qualifications.
- To work with internal and external partners in supporting our participants/families into ETE and/or other support pathways following their time on programme, including referring and sign posting family members and young people into the diverse range of programmes at EITC.
- Engage in training opportunities
