Commercial Manager - Jarrow, NE32 3DP
We are looking for a results-driven Commercial Manager to lead our UK Commercial team. You will be responsible for delivering profitable growth, developing high-performing teams, strengthening customer partnerships and implementing commercial strategy to achieve strong business results.
The role has full responsibility for commercial strategy execution, P&L; performance and the leadership of sales and customer service teams. Working closely with EMEA commercial leadership and key functional stakeholders, the Commercial Manager will drive business performance, strengthen customer relationships and ensure the successful delivery of company objectives whilst fostering a high-performance culture.
Typical Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the UK, ensuring alignment with regional and EMEA objectives while delivering sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
- Drive sales effectiveness through performance management, KPI governance, talent development and the implementation of best-in-class commercial practices.




- Partner with Marketing to develop and implement market growth initiatives, customer acquisition strategies and campaigns that support revenue and market share objectives.
- Hold overall accountability for commercial performance, including sales revenue, gross margin, profitability, forecasting, budgeting and achievement of agreed business targets.
- Lead, coach and develop high-performing Sales and Customer Service teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and customer focus.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, HR and other business functions to ensure effective execution of commercial priorities and delivery of business objectives.
