JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Assistant Community Manager will work closely with the Community Manager,



and team to deliver a best-in-class resident experience whilst ensuring compliance and strong returns for investors. This role covers all aspects of day-to-day management within BTR.
The annual base salary for this role starts from €29,844 depending on experience. In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in on-site bonus programs.

- Promotes resident satisfaction and retention by ensuring a timely response to questions, requests and complaintsand taking appropriate action to resolve and address service issues.
