Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultation and technical support to clients within the automotive industry.
- Assist customers with complex inquiries regarding vehicle features, specifications, and maintenance.
- Represent major automotive brands with professional, high-level communication.
- Troubleshoot technical issues by navigating proprietary automotive diagnostic databases.




- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure a seamless service experience for Spanish-speaking clientele.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of modern automotive innovations, including EV and hybrid vehicle ecosystems.
- Document service interactions accurately while upholding industry-standard quality protocols.

Requirements
- Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Proven interest or professional experience within the automotive sector.
- Strong digital literacy and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Previous experience in high-end customer service or technical support is highly desirable.
