As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be a key player in helping global tech leaders expand their sales pipelines. Prospecting & Lead Generation – Research and identify potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
Lead Qualification – Assess the potential fit of leads based on budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
Sales Pipeline Management – Track and manage the sales funnel, ensuring leads progress efficiently through the sales process.
Sales Support – Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and following up on leads.
Data Management – Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.




Reporting & Analysis – Generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for our clients.
Native-level or full proficiency in Dutch, German or Polish & complete fluency in English . (Currently completing a Bachelor/Master/MBA degree in Business administration, International relationships, International businesses, Marketing or similar.
Tech-Savvy : Openness to learning sales automation tools (e.g. Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Team Player: Ability to collaborate in a high-energy sales environment.
Strong interest in the IT/Software Industry with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
