For our headquarters in Madrid, we are looking for a Data & AI Engineering Lead to architect, build, and evolve our operational data perimeter supporting Energy Trading activities. This role is central to transforming raw operational data into reliable, actionable intelligence through modern cloud‑native data engineering, analytics, and AI‑driven solutions.
Mission
You will lead the design and implementation of scalable ETL pipelines, data models, analytics platforms,



and dashboards using AWS technologies. Beyond technical execution, you will champion an AI‑oriented approach—identifying opportunities to apply machine learning, automation, and intelligent insights to improve decision‑making and operational efficiency.
This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role requiring deep expertise in cloud data engineering, strong architectural thinking, and the ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders, traders, and IT teams. You will shape the data strategy, ensure data quality and reliability, and deliver high‑impact analytical capabilities that empower the business.
