We work across the entire water cycle, with a variety of clients including utilities, local and regional governments, industrial and domestic water users and other partners. From designing and maintaining key water infrastructure to advising on natural catchments and flood defences, we help clients consider the long‑term economic, environmental and social dimensions of their proposals.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join Arup’s Water team in Madrid and contribute to a wide range of national and international water projects.
Our team works across the entire water cycle, supporting clients including utilities, local and regional governments, industrial and domestic water users, developers, contractors and other partners. We help deliver projects related to water supply, drainage, flood protection, natural catchments and key water infrastructure, considering the long‑term economic, environmental and social dimensions of our work.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with colleagues in Spain and across Arup’s general network. The role is well suited to an early‑career Civil Engineer who is keen to develop strong technical skills, gain exposure to different project stages, and contribute to projects with a positive social and environmental impact.
