The Legal Counsel in Iberia region (Spain and Portugal) will be responsible for providing legal advice, guidance,



direction and assistance in connection with a wide variety of legal and compliance matters. This role will serve as the primary legal partner to business clients in the DHR Dx Platform companies in Ibera (Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, Cepheid, Radiometer and Leica Biosystems (Operational Companies, " OpCo "). The role will also support Beckman Coulter Life Sciences.
The Legal Counsel Iberia reports to the Legal Director, Europe. The role will be on-site (Barcelona, Spain).
In this role, you will have to provide legal support in the following areas: Commercial Contracting & Agreements: Draft, review, negotiate, and update a broad range of commercial agreements, including sale, rental of equipment, service provision, distribution, cooperation, and other commercial contracts.
