At Sage, we're helping millions of small and medium-sized businesses thrive through technology. We're looking for an exceptional Growth Director Iberia to lead and execute our commercial growth strategy across Spain and Portugal.
This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth across a business generating £150M+ ARR. You'll work closely with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Commercial Operations to translate global priorities into successful regional execution.
Location: Madrid or Barcelona (Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office).
Responsabilidades principales What you'll do:
Define and deliver the Iberian growth and revenue strategy.
Lead cross-functional execution of end-to-end revenue plans.
Drive commercial performance through data, insights,
and market opportunities.
Influence integral product, proposition, and GTM decisions as the voice of the Iberian market.
Lead key product launches, growth initiatives, and strategic programs.
Partner with the Iberian Leadership Team as a trusted advisor.
Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing Growth team.
What we're looking for:
Significant experience in Growth, Product Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Revenue Operations, or Sales Leadership.
Strong understanding of the Iberian market and SaaS/technology landscape.
Proven success driving growth through cross-functional leadership in complex matrix organisations.
Strategic mindset combined with strong execution and analytical skills.
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing abilities.
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
Fluent English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
