We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Field Application Engineer to support strategic OEM and eSIM projects.
As a Field Application Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting OEMs, ODMs, and strategic partners by providing technical consultancy, product expertise, project coordination, and customer support across the eSIM and iSE ecosystem.
What will you do?
- Support OEMs, ODMs,
and partners with technical consultancy and training related to eSIM/eUICC solutions.
- Build and maintain strong technical relationships with strategic customers and partners.
- Manage licensed product deliveries, including configuration, validation, technical documentation, and customer support.
- Coordinate proof of concepts, demonstrations, and technical workshops for customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, OEM Sales, Technical Consultants, PMO, and Operations teams.
- Support pre-sales activities such as RFQ/RFP/RFI responses and technical presentations.
- Provide post-sales technical support and act as the main technical point of contact for customers.
- Define and prepare technical materials, training documentation, and product samples.
- Analyze customer technical requirements and contribute to product customization and solution design.
