WTOL 11 is seeking a Local Sales Manager to drive daily revenue performance with a strong focus on digital, CTV, streaming, and new business growth. This is a hands-on leadership role centered on coaching, accountability, and execution.
Drive daily sales activity, including client meetings, pipeline growth, and new business development
Enforce digital-first selling behavior across all proposals and client strategies
Lead weekly pipeline reviews and performance conversations
Partner with digital and Premion teams to build effective proposals
Create a high-performance, accountable sales culture
5–7 years of media sales experience
~ Strong performance as a seller or emerging leader
~ Experience selling or supporting digital, CTV,



or streaming solutions
~ Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
~ Desire to grow into senior leadership roles
