The Talent Manager(TM)supports the Europe ACG Talent Management Team in delivering high-quality staffing, consultant development, performancemanagementand related peopleprocessesacross one or more Practices or large sub-teams. Working closely withother Talent Managers, Practice stakeholders, consultants and relevant functions, theTMacts as a trusted Talent Management partner, helping to balance business needs with consultant goals and deliver strong staffing and talent outcomes through sound judgment,collaborationand proactive execution.
Team & Exposure: Work with consultants, project leaders, Partners and colleagues across Talent Management, Recruiting, Human Capital, Learning & Development and Finance.
Build experience in staffing, performance management, consultant development,



data-drivenreportingand TM operations in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Reports to: Head of ACG Talent Management, Europe. No direct people management.
Talent Managers, Practice leadership, consultants, Partners, Human Capital colleagues (e.g.Recruiting, Operations, Learning & Development) and Finance.
Support effective project staffing by balancing client delivery needs, consultant capabilities, developmentgoalsand availability.
Support Talent Management for Practices orlarge sub-teams. Build a strong view of the consultant population, project pipeline, businessprioritiesand recurring talent themes. Support project staffing, working with TMTeam,Partnersand project leaders to understand requirements and find practical solutions. Support development and performance.
