We're hiring a Global Total Rewards Professional to join our Global Total Rewards team based in Madrid.

You will work on strategic and operational reward topics across multiple countries and business units, partnering closely with HR, Finance and senior business stakeholders.

What you'll be working on
Supporting global compensation cycles, salary reviews and reward governance processes.
Supporting the definition of new policies and alignment across different geographies.
Conducting market benchmarking and compensation analysis using leading market data providers.
Partnering with HR teams on salary positioning, job evaluations and reward recommendations.
Supporting general pay transparency and equal pay initiatives.
