In this role you will design and scale Fever's integral Business Development enablement programs, accelerating new-hire productivity and revenue growth. You will partner with RevOps, Product, Marketing and Talent Acquisition to embed world-class sales practices. Expect to implement onboarding, training, playbooks and measurement that lift performance across regions. This is an opportunity to shape how Fever trains and supports a fast-growing global BD team and to help establish a benchmark for sales excellence.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Design and lead global onboarding program for BD new hires
• Develop scalable training programs and certification frameworks (product knowledge, messaging, discovery, negotiation, objection handling, sales process)
• Coach BD teams via call reviews, deal reviews, role plays, and 1:1 coaching
• Create and evolve the BD Playbook; standardize messaging and qualification frameworks




• Develop commercial content and assets with Marketing, Product, and RevOps
• Lead adoption of sales methodologies and rollout of tools and processes
• Measure adoption and impact of enablement initiatives with performance metrics
• Foster a high-performance sales culture with competitions, certifications, and recognition
• Define top sales talent profiles with Talent Acquisition and BD leadership
• Build career development frameworks and establish Fever as a benchmark for continuous learning

Responsabilidades
• At least 4+ years in top-tier consulting, strategy, or equivalent experience, plus 4+ years in sales enablement, sales leadership, or revenue operations
• Passion for sales coaching, training, and developing high-performing teams
• Experience building scalable enablement programs in fast-growing organizations
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and commercial exe
