What You’ll Do
As a Senior Consultant in Talent Insights & Assessment, you will play a key role in designing, delivering and growing assessment and talent insight solutions for clients in Spain and internationally. You will work closely with clients and internal BTS teams to understand business needs, shape the right assessment approach, manage projects end to end, and translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Design and deliver assessment solutions, including assessment centres, development centres, interviews, simulations, surveys, 360 feedback tools and feedback reports.
- Build success profiles,



competency models and talent frameworks aligned with clients’ business strategy and leadership expectations.
- Lead assessment projects from scoping and design through delivery, analysis, reporting and client presentation.
- Facilitate assessment and feedback sessions with participants, managers and senior stakeholders.
- Analyse assessment data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights for clients.
- Prepare high-quality client materials, including proposals, presentations, reports and recommendations.
- Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to commercial activity, including proposals, client conversations and identifying opportunities for further work.
- Collaborate with international BTS teams across markets, industries and workstreams.
- Support the development of internal knowledge, methodologies and thought leadership within TI&A.;
