Your role
We are looking for an Industrial Systems Engineer to play a key role in enabling THEKER’s growth through structured, scalable deployments.

You will sit at the intersection of engineering and customer delivery, ensuring that our robotic systems are clearly defined,



documented and structured for real‑world installations. Your work will directly impact how fast and reliably we can deploy new systems, replicate projects and expand across customers.

Beyond customer deployments, you will also help formalize and protect our innovation by structuring technical knowledge in support of our intellectual and industrial property strategy. This role turns engineering complexity into scalable assets that accelerate growth.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics or similar).
- Strong understanding of physical systems and how they are deployed in industrial environments.
- Experience or exposure to:

- technical documentation or engineering office roles
- validation, compliance or certification processes
- project or process engineering
- Ability to structure complex technical inform
