At Factorial we’re looking for an Account Manager to help us boost the company to the next level.

Responsibilities

-
- Build, engage and develop top‑quality relationships with our enterprise customers through regular communication and proactive improvement action plans.
- Manage your own customer portfolio, keep its information updated daily, and build tracking reports of account status.
- Maintain constant contact with existing clients to understand their requirements and needs, expectations, and strategize a personalized sales plan.
- Provide after‑sales support, cross‑selling, up‑selling and churn management while ensuring a strong, long‑term, transparent and trustworthy relationship.
- Ensure prompt and accurate answers to all client queries by offering personalized feedback.
- Promote and explain new products, services and functionalities to existing customers.




- Collaborate with different teams—especially sales, product, and development—and serve as their main contact person, providing valuable feedback.
- Hold regular meetings through video calls with all clients to generate engagement and show product updates that fit their use cases.

Qualifications

- French native speaker and professional in English.
- Previous customer‑oriented experience; sales, customer satisfaction, or similar roles highly valued.
- Enjoys making things easier for customers and colleagues and smoothing out roadblocks.
- Ambitious, self‑motivated, energetic, positive thinker with a team orientation.
- Committed, organized, proactive problem‑solving skills and a love for helping people.
- Strong organizational skills with extensive use of CRM tools and portfolio management.
- Decisive and fearless at picking up the phone to support clients.
- Ready to work in a fast‑paced, less corporate, startup environment.
