Within the Supply Chain function sit our Planning teams. With a population of over three hundred people, these teams form a purpose‑built Global Hub covering a wide range of planning activities, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Materials Planning, Distribution Planning, Innovation Planning, and Product Lifecycle Management.

The organization operates in a centralized and standardized way, sharing best practices across markets to deliver industry‑leading service, optimal inventory levels, operational excellence, and successful product launches across our integral portfolio.

Our Planning teams play a critical role in connecting business strategy with operational execution, ensuring the right products are available at the right time, in the right place, and at the right cost.

THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE

As our Supply Chain Planner,



you will play a key role in supporting end‑to‑end planning activities across a dedicated product portfolio, market, supplier base, manufacturing network, or business area.

You will use data, systems, and stakeholder collaboration to anticipate risks, drive decision‑making, and ensure service, inventory, and operational objectives are achieved.

You will be reporting to a Planning Manager and may be involved in:

- Develop, maintain, and monitor planning activities across demand, supply, materials, distribution, innovation, or lifecycle processes.
- Ensure business requirements are translated into robust and actionable plans.
- Balance service, inventory, cost, and operational constraints to support business objectives.
- Monitor planning performance through KPIs and operational metrics.
- Identify risks, gaps, and exceptions and drive mitigation actions.
- Support operational execution while maintaining a lon
