As a CRM Specialist at Fever, you will drive personalized, multichannel communications to nurture users from first touch to lifelong fans. You’ll shape customer journeys, define lifecycle stages, and collaborate across Marketing, Product, and Data to optimize engagement and revenue. This role blends data-driven insights with creative messaging to deliver relevant experiences across email, push, and in-app channels. You’ll work in a fast-paced, integral team with a clear impact on retention and growth.

• Support the development and execution of Fever's CRM strategy across email, push, and in-app messaging
• Activate customer data to deliver personalized communications across the lifecycle
• Optimize multi-channel plans and retention strategies to boost engagement and revenue
• Collaborate with the CRM Manager to define lifecycle stages, frameworks, and contact strategies




• Identify and develop customer segments for better targeting and personalization
• Build, execute, and optimize automated CRM journeys and lifecycle campaigns
• Conduct A/B tests and implement learnings to improve campaign performance
• Analyze customer behavior and data to generate actionable marketing insights
• Own weekly and monthly CRM reporting and ad hoc deep-dives
• Monitor campaign metrics to ensure measurability and alignment with business goals
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data, and other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across channels
• Stay up to date with CRM best practices and industry trends

Responsabilidades
• 2-3+ years in CRM, Digital Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or related field
• Experience in mobile and web environments
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience with ESP platforms such as Mailchimp or SendGrid
