This role is for someone who can work across the channel ecosystem and help translate business priorities into clear, connected recommendations. You will support how media, web, content, search, CRM, and emerging AI-enabled discovery environments work together to drive stronger customer experiences and measurable business outcomes.
As part of the AI for Commercial organization, you will partneracrosscommercial, brand, customerengagement, analytics, and functional teams to help build scalable frameworks, support investment decisions, and strengthen customer-centered engagement across theregions.
Your responsibilities




- Support the development of integrated channel strategy acrossmarkets, connecting paid, owned, earned, and emerging digital channels in support of businessobjectives.
- Contribute tocustomer engagementplanning that helps brands and teams move from channel-specific decision-making to more connected, customer journey-based planning across key audiences, including healthcare professionals and patients where relevant.
- Partnerwith cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, brand teams, media, web, content, CRM, analytics, customer experience, and agency partners, to align channel strategy with portfolio and brand priorities.
- Help develop recommendations on how AstraZeneca’s digital presence should evolve in response to changing customer behavior, AI-powered discovery, search evolution, and the growing importance of trusted and well-structured content.
