RoleAs part of our team, you will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and clients to develop innovative and complex designs. Your experience and expertise will play a pivotal role in driving project success through direct client engagement, fostering collaboration, and delivering efficient, high-quality solutions. As a key member of our BIM team,



you will drive the development of 3D models and parametric families across our European Data Centre portfolio. You will be responsible for generating precise layouts and integrating multi-disciplinary data to ensure the delivery of fully coordinated construction-ready BIM models.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor’s/master’s degree in engineering or relevant studies.
- Proficiency in using Autodesk Revit.
- Electrical and/or Mechanical building engineering knowledge.
- Full professional fluency in spoken and written Spanish and English.
- Experience in working on construction projects in the UK and/or Spain.

Beneficial Skills
- Delivering projects within BIM 360/ACC/Forma.
- Understanding Mechanical & Electrical Schematics.
- Utilising Dynamo scripts and/or plug-ins to automate delivery on projects.
