We're looking for a Global Head of Go-to-Market to own the engine that turns Yuno's market position into predictable, compounding revenue. Marketing, SDR, Revenue Operations, and Sales Enablement will report to you.



You won't be running four functions in parallel – you'll be building one system in which demand generation, pipeline creation, seller capability, and operational rigor reinforce each other. Yuno serves 450+ partners across 200+ countries, powering payments for companies like McDonald's LATAM, NetEase Games, GoFundMe, InDrive, and Rappi. The buyer is technical, the sales cycle is long, and the competitive set is regional – this is a role for someone with real ambition, who dreams in terms of what this business can become rather than optimizing for what it already is.
Growth here won't come from spending more. It will come from designing a motion that scales without linear headcount, and from bringing quality and rigor to every layer of the funnel – from the first touch in marketing to the numbers the board reviews every quarter. You'll be the source of truth for what's actually happening in the pipeline, and that only works if the standard you hold for data, forecasting
