At Factorial we're looking for a new Accounts Receivable Specialist to help us support and scale our Finance team to the next level. As part of the team in charge of maintaining healthy cash flow and ensuring an excellent customer payment experience, you'll be in charge of managing collections, resolving billing issues, and improving accounts receivable processes.

What you'll do
- Manage outstanding invoices and follow up with customers to collect overdue payments.
- Monitor accounts receivable balances and identify collection priorities.
- Investigate historical account data to resolve discrepancies and payment issues.
- Process customer payments, refunds,



and account adjustments accurately.
- Resolve billing inquiries and support customers with payment-related questions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address credit and collection issues.
- Maintain accurate customer account records and payment status updates.
- Prepare reports on collection activities, payment performance, and outstanding balances.
- Contribute to improving collection processes and operational efficiency.

What are we looking for?
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of the Spanish market is a strong plus.
- Experience in accounts receivable, collections, billing, or finance operations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
