Your Role
- As the Executive Assistant, you will be the strategic right hand to the Regional Head of Sales for Western Europe,



ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling high-impact decision-making. You’ll manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle confidential communications, and support key projects across the region.

Your Responsibilities

- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements (including multi-country Western Europe itineraries and occasional global region syncs), and expense reports
- Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and sales material using advanced MS Office Suite skills to support regional leadership and integral alignment meetings
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, exhibitions, and communications across Western Europe in close collaboration with the Assistant to the Head of Inside Sales Western Europe at our headquarters in Neutraubling, Germany
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist in tracking KPIs and preparing performance summaries for the Weste
