Following Hexagon's acquisition of Waygate Technologies, a global leader in non-destructive testing (NDT), Hexagon is integrating Waygate's applications and processes into its global technology landscape. As part of this transformation, Hexagon is establishing a new IT Centre of Excellence in Barcelona to lead application modernisation, system integration, and ongoing support. Job Responsibilities




- Design, develop, configure, customise, and support the ServiceMax platform and related enterprise applications to enable field service workflows, work orders, scheduling, asset management, and other service operations aligned to Hexagon's target architecture.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and refine business requirements, translating them into scalable technical solutions.
- Support implementation and integration activities with Salesforce, ERP, and other enterprise systems, including configuration, development, testing, and data migration to enable seamless end-to-end service processes for Day 1 and TSA transition.
- Maintain, enhance, and optimise the ServiceMax platform by resolving production issues, performing root cause analysis, improving system performance, and delivering continuous enhancements to support reliable and efficient field service operation
