The Role

Combine your business development expertise with a passion for international education as the Internship Placement Manager for Paris. In this role, you will take full ownership of growing and managing our host company network across the city. At its heart, this is a placement and business development role: you will research prospects, drive cold outreach, pitch partnerships, and match ambitious international students with life-changing internship opportunities.

Reporting to Regional Leadership, you will drive the front-end sales pipeline during the sourcing season and transition into a relationship manager to ensure high-quality placement experiences.

Employer-Facing & Business Development Responsibilities:




- Own and scale Absolute Internship's corporate network across Paris by researching, sourcing, and converting cold prospects into signed partners.
- Execute sustained outbound business development activity, including cold calling and direct outreach campaigns, to consistently expand the network.
- Target and secure overlooked opportunities, including international firms with Paris offices and local, nationality-specific business communities.
- Develop project-based collaborations with companies during the low season to build a diverse pipeline beyond traditional internship models.
- Use the low season to strategically re-engage past host companies and secure early commitments for the upcoming cycle.
- Maintain an accurate, conversion-focused CRM pipeline to track every stage of the business development funnel.
- Bring localized market insights and business development data back to Regional Leadership to help shape broader European expansion strategies.
