The Team
A&M;’s PEPI practice is looking to hire a Director / Senior Associate (m/f/d) in Operations & Supply Chain with a strong focus on Food & Beverage industry.

This role is focused on leading and delivering large, complex engagements for private equity-backed food and beverage companies, working closely with PE deal teams and operating partners. You will play a key role in diagnosing operational performance,



designing value-creation initiatives, and implementing sustainable improvement across manufacturing, production, and supply chain environments within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and regulated food production settings.

How you will contribute

- Evaluate the operability, efficiency, and compliance of food production and manufacturing facilities, including hygiene, safety, and regulatory readiness
- Analyse current and historical operational data to assess productivity, capacity, yield, and performance across production lines, including equipment effectiveness, maintenance strategies, and supply chain flows
- Gain hands‑on shop floor insights by engaging with plant leadership, operations teams, and customers within food manufacturing environments, supported by deep data‑driven analysis
- Identify and quantify value creation and cost improvement opportunities, including lean transformat
