Spa Receptionist
At Oasis Spa at Grand Hyatt Barcelona, a sanctuary of wellbeing within one of the city's most iconic luxury hotels, we are looking for a warm, attentive, and service-oriented Spa Receptionist to join our Wellness team.

This role is responsible for welcoming guests, managing spa reservations, coordinating daily reception activities, and ensuring a seamless and personalized guest experience. Working closely with Spa Therapists, Wellness professionals, and other hotel departments, you will help deliver exceptional service while upholding the luxury standards of Grand Hyatt Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and professionally, creating a relaxing and welcoming spa environment.
- Manage spa reservations, memberships, and guest inquiries efficiently and accurately.




- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling and billing procedures.
- Maintain guest records and ensure administrative documentation is completed correctly.
- Ensure the reception area and spa facilities are organized, clean, and well-presented.
- Support the daily operation of the spa by monitoring supplies, amenities, and retail displays.
- Communicate important guest information and operational updates during shift handovers.
- Collaborate closely with Spa Therapists and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Assist with the coordination of special promotions, events, and wellness activities.
- Ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards, company policies, and health and safety procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by hotel management.

Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience is preferred; experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or luxury service
