The AI Factory team, operating across France and Spain, delivers high-impact solutions leveraging cutting‑edge technologies including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Intelligent Automation platforms such as UiPath and RPA.

As Head of AI Factory, you will lead and scale this delivery center at a pivotal moment in its growth. You will define its technical vision, build and structure a high‑performing team, and ensure successful delivery of AI and automation initiatives that generate measurable business value across AXA Partners.

This is a leadership role combining strategic vision, technical depth, people leadership, and strong stakeholder management,



acting as a key enabler of AXA Partners' AI transformation agenda.

What you’ll be doing:
You will lead a multidisciplinary team of AI Engineers, Tech Leads, and Automation Developers, currently composed of a mix of internal and external resources.

A key priority will be to actively grow and structure the team, including recruiting Tech Leads and Engineers to strengthen internal capabilities, improve the internal‑to‑external resource ratio, and secure sustainable delivery capacity over time.
