As a strategic operations leader, you will shape the global, AI-enabled Customer Success function and drive value across markets. You will replace fragmented local practices with scalable, global ways of working while staying responsive to local realities. You’ll own data-driven initiatives, design AI-first use cases, and coordinate cross-functional programs with high visibility. This role offers real ownership, impact at scale, and the chance to build a data/AI-first CS organization from the ground up.

• Design and help launch the global Customer Success function focused on insights, productivity, and best practices
• Define, test, and roll out AI-first CS use cases with prioritization and measurable adoption
• Lead data analytics and modelling with focus on Retention and Growth
• Manage data queries and data management topics using tools like Superset, Tableau; SQL; contribute to dashboards




• Apply machine learning techniques (prediction models, clustering, decision trees) and build financial/business models
• Support strategic projects across markets, scale experiments globally, and align with in-market stakeholders
• Act as TPM for initiatives, coordinating timelines, risks, and follow-ups
• Package insights for stakeholders and lead working sessions with teams
• Collaborate with data engineering and product/operations to improve live processes
• Communicate progress and directions to cross-functional stakeholders

Responsabilidades
• 3–5 years in strategy, operations, analytics, or project management
• Quantitative educational background (Data Science/Statistics/Math/CS/Finance) ideally
• Experience handling large data sets; editing/creating dashboards (Superset/Tableau)
• SQL and DBT experience; prior BI work with databases
