Job DescriptionLinehaul Middle Mile team within EU Trans S&OP; organization is looking for a customer focused, analytically and technically skilled Inventory Planner/Program Manager. In this role you will drive change and improvements, think strategically, pilot new ideas, and uphold high standards for customer speed and delivery accuracy. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business, conduct research and analysis, and produce solutions that increase forecast accuracy and operational effectiveness.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Play a key role in planning and executing weekly and high‑volume events for Middle Mile Forecast publication, ensuring a plan that optimizes CX metrics (Speed, Cost, DEA).




- Build and maintain strong relationships with planning and Tech teams to understand the volume forecast signal and how it can be improved.
- Deep‑dive into forecast accuracy and miss trends, collaborating with Tech to roll out corrective plans.
- Lead roadmap of forecast signal improvements based on clear accuracy targets, in partnership with Tech teams.
- Create innovative data‑driven solutions to address wider challenges and collaborate with stakeholders across Amazon operations to implement them.
- Approach analysis from a big‑picture perspective, creating processes that drive improvements across teams and organizations.
- Work with leadership to prioritize and deliver improvement programs from start to finish, reporting status regularly.
- Challenge the status quo on outbound transportation and supply‑chain processes, working with partner teams to align forecasting signals end‑to‑end.
