We are looking for an IT Service Catalog and Reporting Administrator (ServiceNow / CMDB) to join our team for a multinational leader in the banking sector.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Manage and maintain the service catalog, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information (GoldenApp & GoldenServ).
- Update and document the relationships between service components within the catalog.
- Support the creation, updating, and maintenance of service and component-related documentation.




- Prepare regular reports and executive-level presentations using tools like Excel and PowerBI.
- Enrich and clean the data within the service catalog to ensure correctness and accessibility.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in linking services with their suppliers and critical services.
- Provide administrative support in the management of tools like ServiceNow at a user level.
- 4 years of experience in IT, with a focus on infrastructure services and administrative tasks related to catalog management.
- Proven experience managing CMDB and using ServiceNow (user level).
- Experience in catalog management, data entry, and maintaining documentation.
- Strong ability to prepare reports and presentations at an executive level using Excel and PowerBI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Experience working in multicultural and integral teams.
