In this role you will shape a market-leading Industrial AI solution that measures and optimizes decarbonization efforts. You will lead full-stack development across cloud-native platforms, guiding architectural choices and delivering scalable APIs and accessible interfaces. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, AI, and Platform Engineering to drive reliable, high-quality software. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead design, architecture, and implementation of scalable APIs, services, and accessible UIs
• Modernize legacy systems into modular, event-driven components
• Deliver AI-native features across frontend and backend using multiple languages
• Provide technical direction and balance trade-offs for scalability and maintainability
• Own reliability and operational excellence including telemetry, SLOs, incident response
• Champion DevOps practices with CI/CD, automation, and monitoring
• Mentor engineers and raise technical standards across the team
• Ensure code quality, documentation, testing, performance, and security
• Collaborate with Product, Design, AI, Platform Engineering on discovery and delivery
• Own deliverable quality from design to production and support continuous improvement
Responsabilidades
• Full stack engineering experience across frontend and backend
• Strong frontend experience with React or similar frameworks
• Backend experience with GoLang or comparable languages
• Experience designing scalable APIs and cloud-native apps
• Solid DevOps understanding: xqbhyrx CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, incident response
• Proven track record delivering secure, observable production soft
