We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Front Office Manager to lead our reception department at Sir Victor. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving financial performance, service excellence, and team management, ensuring that every project and operational standard aligns with the SIR brand ethos.

Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, develop, and inspire the Front Office team, fostering a positive work environment, strong teamwork, and seamless interdepartmental collaboration.
- Financial Management & Cost Control: Optimize and control labor costs in line with target ratios, while overseeing accurate department billing and resolving accounting discrepancies.
- Commercial Strategy & Upselling: Actively drive cross-selling initiatives (room upselling, SPA, F&B;) and capture guest data to support marketing efforts and maximize GOP.
- Quality & Guest Experience:



Handle guest feedback and complaints with empathy and efficiency, implementing corrective actions to continuously elevate service standards and brand reputation.
- Operational Oversight: Organize daily reception operations, task delegation, and shift checklists. Communicate corporate objectives clearly to the team and share best operational practices.
